Mindfulness Coaching for Students
Please note: permission from parent or guardian is required in advance for students aged under 16.
Tailored to suit the needs of the student, this one-to-one support:
- Allows students to identify triggers of stress and subsequent behaviours, reactions and patterns of thinking
- Offers ways to reduce stress and develop confidence by explores alternative responses to the above
- Addresses common causes of stress, for example friendships, family relationships, school, revision and exam pressures, identity, social media and peer pressure etc
Cost: £30 per session
