The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course is designed to:
address ingrained thinking habits that perpetuate stress
present research and neuroscience behind mindfulness
introduce or restore mindfulness techniques
empower participants to recognise their own thinking behaviour and make changes accordingly
This course is currently taught online in small groups of at least 4 participants. The sessions are weekly (although can be flexible depending on the requirements of participants) and last approximately 105 minutes.
Each session contains:
an element of teaching, for example of mindfulness strategies, theories and research
guided meditation and/or practices
opportunities for reflection and discussion
setting intentions and strategies for moving forward
Each session is taught using carefully prepared and shared material, and followed with course notes for each participant
Cost: £200 or £25 per session. Please note at least 6 sessions need to be attended to be issued certificate.
