Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course is designed to:
- address ingrained thinking habits that perpetuate stress
- present research and neuroscience behind mindfulness
- introduce or restore mindfulness techniques
- empower participants to recognise their own thinking behaviour and make changes accordingly
This course is currently taught online in small groups of at least 4 participants. The sessions are weekly (although can be flexible depending on the requirements of participants) and last approximately 105 minutes.
Each session contains:
- an element of teaching, for example of mindfulness strategies, theories and research
- guided meditation and/or practices
- opportunities for reflection and discussion
- setting intentions and strategies for moving forward
- Each session is taught using carefully prepared and shared material, and followed with course notes for each participant
Cost: £200 or £25 per session. Please note at least 6 sessions need to be attended to be issued certificate.
